Warwick Le Crystal - Sleeping refined

Nestled in the heart of city on Rue de la Montagne in Montreal, is the boutique hotel, the Warwick Le Crystal. The collection of Warwick luxury hotels and resorts can be found around the world, from New York, to Paris, from Porto Vecchio to Jeddah. These hotels are chosen for their rich heritage, ideal locations and five star guest experience. The Warwick Le Crystal, lived up to it's high standards and elegance.

This past March, I booked a few nights at the Warwick due to it's high customer rating, it's location to the Bell Center and it had a pool, gym and spa. At first glance it checked off all the boxes. Upon arrival we were greeted by the door man and as we made our way through the lobby, you could not but help noticed the elegant furnishings, along with the fresh floral bouquets. Our check in was effortless and we were asked why we were staying, upon telling them we were there for the Montreal vs Boston hockey game, we were given two room keys with the Bruins logo on it. Oh these guys are good!

We made our way to our room, actually our suite, which did not disappoint, tastefully decorated with comforting and soothing colours. Our bedroom had with a king size bed and a television, then our living space with another television and a small kitchenette. We had ample storage space and the the bathroom was spacious with lovely amenities to meet our needs. I could get use to this lifestyle.

As the evening and dinner time neared, we touched base with the front desk restaurant suggestions. Not only did they make recommendations, but they insisted they make us a reservation just to secure us a table so we would not need to wait upon arrival. After our dinner out, we returned back to the hotel to the lobby bar which was a buzz, located in their restaurant for a cocktail before calling it a night. In the morning, feeling lazy and likely super relaxed in our suite, we decided to call up for room service, look at us all fancy. The continental breakfast was prompt with a good variety of items and hot coffee all served on real porcelain. The hotel staff was extremely apologetic when he realized, he forgot to bring up the cereal. Not a deal breaker I say.

After a morning of shopping and exploring the downtown, we decided to go back to the hotel, to enjoy some R&R. My husband used the gym which was well equipped, while I read by the pool, with surprisingly quiet families enjoying the pool with their children. No screaming kids, what a nice change. I would have gone to the spa on site, but I had just been back home and could not justify two spa visits in one week. The more reason for me to return back to the Warwick in the future. The outside hot tub, along with the pool and gym are located in the upper floor of the hotel, therefore the views from the hot tub are pretty spectacular and picture worthy. It was a beautiful early spring day in March, with the sun shinning on us on the balcony, over looking the city. It could not get any better than this, our March Break getaway in the belle province.

Aside from the Boston Bruin win over the Montreal Canadiens, the Hotel Warwick Le Crystal was the BIG WIN of the trip! This trendy all suites boutique hotel did not disappoint, as we slept refined!
